First week in January

I am known to start things and not finish them it seriously runs in my family. But I really hope that I keep up with this all year. My goal is have a running photo book of everything that we do through the year by posting every week. So hopefully every Sunday you will be able to come and check out everything that we did through the week. Some weeks might have a tone (like this week) others might not have much. My goal on this project is A to document our life, B to keep up on my photos keeping them organized and edited and C taking photos of every day things that we do. This week has been super busy with the boys on Christmas break. I really am sad that they are going back to school. We have so much fun when they are home. We started the year off by heading to the ocean to do some clam digging. We were there for two nights and three days and got lots of clams.. Can't wait to get to eat them.....

This is Wyatt's new cute face. Anytime he wants something or thinks he is being cute he sticks out his tong and the wiggles it. Why do kids have to be so stinkin' cute

Football mania has hit our house. It is football talk and Hunter got a football for Christmas so it has gone everywhere with us so they of course had to have a game at the beach

He had to go fishing like daddy was doing...

This is the other face that we get a lot to. The kid cant talk but he can scream at you. Anytime and all day long. Sometimes its just screaming and sometimes he is screaming no. And the worse part is that it is so freaking adorable.

Even though the beach had perfect weather was very thankful for the fire. it was cold....

This was the very first clam Hunter got this weekend. It was a lil guy. He went down latter and got his limit all by himself. So proud of him especially since it was the hardest digging we had in a few years. But he got them all by himself

Wow did we spend a lot of time at the pool and when a say a lot I mean a lot. The boys love to swim. However I didn't take many pics besides on my phone. Wyatt loved jumping into the pool. Hunter and Keagin swam for hours.

New Years Eve we went to the game room that was at the hotel and played for awhile. Gotta love the way wyatt held the pool stick. Hunter played a round of pool with Ryan and beat him when ryan was going for the black ball and the white ball followed.

 We barley made it to midnight as you can tell from Wyatt rubbing his eyes but watched the end of walli and then tuned it to the space needle and watched the fireworks. We probably should have just went and sat at the beach and watched the fireworks but Keagin feel asleep about 10 minutes before the new year. Plus he would have cried the whole time since he hates loud noises

We came back from the beach of Wednesday and on Thursday I took the boys to go roller skating for the first time and wow was it hilarious to watch. Really should have brought my video camera instead if my camera especially since my photos did not turn out good at all. Trying to take photos on skates and hold a two year old equals really bad photos. Even though my photos suck they sure will bring back memories of their first skating trip. By the end they actually were getting the hang of it. Plus it's just like riding a bike i really thought I would be falling all over the place but I didn't fall plus once plus some of the times I was holding Wyatt. Here is a few of my not so good photos...

Then on Saturday we headed to Tacoma for Monster Jam!!! I told you we had a busy first week in January! So we wear pretty close this year and it is definitely louder than were we sat last year. We brought ear muffs for all the boys but it was not enough for Keagin. It didn't help that he would not fall asleep until about 11:30 the night before so he was tired but he was ready to head home and wanted nothing to with it. Was screaming that he wanted to go home the noise was scaring him. This kids loves cars but hates noise but he would slowly peek out and by the time we left you would have thought the boy had the best time in the world.  But must definitely will be sitting up higher next time. 

This is how Keagin spent a lot of monster jam. The poor kid just hates loud noises. However by the end of it and we were walking back to the car you would have thought he had the best time in the world and was talking about how he can't wait tell next year.... 

This was the first time we took wyatt and I was actually nervous how he would react to the noise and well I had nothing to worry about because the kid loved every minute of it. He was fascinated by it.

Was not as impressed by the monster trucks this year most wear pretty boring but the dirt bikes wear pretty neat. However all they did was make Hunter want a dirt bike even more. He has been asking for a dirt bike for two years now. 

Any truck that is a seahawks fan is the best! Love the 12th man.

So that was are first week of the new year. We also had a play date at Hands on Children Museum! The boys could play there forever. Have to send the boys off to school today... Love having them home. Now we do the count down to spring break!
