Insanity!!!!

My jeans started getting to tight so I decided it was time to start the insanity 60 day challenge again. Its been about 15 months since I did it last. I went from a size 12 to a 6 and even some 4's. However the 4 are no longer fitting and the 6 are getting tight so I decided that it is time to get my but in gear. WOW is what I remember feeling after that first fit test and once again I feel WOW and dreading tomorrow when I do day 2 but I know that in the end it will all be worth it when I can wear the cute shorts and cute top this summer and look in the mirror and feel good.

On the insanity challenge every two weeks you do the fit test and keep track of your numbers so you can see your improvement.

Here are my numbers for week 1 fit test: Date 5/5/14
1. 43
2. 50
3. 69
4. 24
5. 7
6. 10
7. 16
8. 36

If you have never done the insanity fit test these numbers mean nothing especially since I could barley breathe to write down what the exercise was. Will try to next time. But the goal is that in two weeks when I do the test over again all my numbers will improve!

Here is to getting fit and healthy and teaching my boys all about living a healthy life.

Enjoying the Sunshine

So I suck... I was going to update every week of what we do and it lasted a month. I didn't have a screen and got behind and then was so behind that I stopped. But hopefully I will stick with it this time and catch up from the missing months.

The first day of May was amazing.... After the rainiest March on record and April having more rain then normal we were due for some nice weather and it finally came with recording breaking heat for May 1!!!!! We went out and enjoyed it!!!

We finally got hot hot hot weather... What do you have to have on hot days? Homemade Popsicle!! pineapple juice, apple juice, and frozen strawberries!

The boys enjoying them!!!

Then in was time to cool off! sprinkler fun and then they stuck it under the trampoline and keagin got them with a water gun!

Then it was off to Hunters baseball game! Him and his team did great!
